Refund Policy

If any student pays the fee for hybrid batches, and raise refund request within one week of activation of course, 90% of the course fee will be refunded through bank transfer or cheque. Post one week no refund will be entertained.
If any student leaves the classes/institute after 7 days from the date of commencement of the classes/course in the institute due to what so ever reason, then no refund will be processed.

Complete fee for short-term courses i.e. crash courses, test series, correspondence course ,video lectures & Study material is non-refundable

Please note that in case a student has less than 80% attendance till the time of submitting the withdrawal application, no refund will be processed.

The date of submission of application will be considered as the last working day of the student and not the day on which the student stopped coming to the institute for classes.

The date of commencement of program will be considered as the starting date of the program & not the joining date of the student in the institute for calculating the refund

The refund rules are universal even
If the student joins late.
If the student doesn’t attend even a single class after depositing the fee

Alpha Plus management reserves the right to reject any refund application without any reason, whatsoever.

Facilitation, transfer and re-admission charges are non-refundable.

All disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Delhi

The entire refund process includes various department levels and accounting processes. Hence it takes around 45 to 60 days to process the refund.
