By enrolling in any course or purchasing any product, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to refuse service if eligibility conditions are not met.
3. Course Enrollment & Access
Course access is granted only after successful payment.
Online course credentials are for individual use only.
Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts found violating this rule.
4. Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in full or as per agreed installment plan.
Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
Alpha Plus does not store complete card details.
Fees once paid are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Refund & Cancellation
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy page.
Alpha Plus reserves the right to:
Deny refund requests that do not meet policy conditions
Deduct administrative charges where applicable
