Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 01 January 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and products offered by Alpha Plus Institute of Mathematics Pvt. Ltd. (“Alpha Plus”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through https://alphaplusdelhi.com.

By enrolling in our courses or purchasing our products, you agree to this policy.


1. Course Fee Refund Policy (Online & Offline)

A. Classroom / Offline Courses

  • Registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Course fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

  • Refund requests may be considered only within 3 days of enrollment and before attending more than one class.

  • Administrative charges may be deducted.

No refund will be issued if:

  • Student has attended multiple classes

  • Study material has been provided

  • Batch is already ongoing


B. Online / Recorded Courses

Due to the digital nature of content:

  • Fees for recorded courses are non-refundable once access is granted.

  • If technical access issues occur from our side, we will resolve them within a reasonable time.

Login credentials are personal and non-transferable.


2. ACET / Short-Term Programs

For crash courses, workshops, and short-term programs:

  • Fees are non-refundable once the batch begins.

  • Seat blocking charges are non-refundable.


3. Installment Payments

If a student opts for installment payment:

  • Remaining installments must be paid as per schedule.

  • Non-payment may result in suspension of access.

  • Previously paid installments are non-refundable.


4. Transfer of Batch

In special cases, students may request:

  • Batch transfer (subject to seat availability).

  • Management approval is required.

Transfer is not guaranteed.


5. Books & Physical Study Material

A. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • Damaged books

  • Incorrect product

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Eligible cases will receive:

  • Replacement, OR

  • Refund (if replacement unavailable)


B. No Refund For:

  • Used books

  • Opened sealed material

  • Change of mind


6. Cancellation by Alpha Plus

Alpha Plus reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or reschedule batches due to insufficient enrollment

  • Change faculty if required

  • Modify schedule for operational reasons

In case of batch cancellation before commencement, a full refund will be issued.


7. Refund Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Refund will be issued to original payment method.

Payment gateway charges may be deducted where applicable.


8. Non-Transferability

Fees paid:

  • Cannot be transferred to another student

  • Cannot be adjusted against unrelated services


9. Force Majeure

No refund shall be issued for disruptions caused by:

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Internet outages

  • Pandemic-related closures

Alternate arrangements (like online classes) may be provided.


10. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email:

Refund requests without valid documentation may not be processed.


11. Final Decision

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Alpha Plus Institute Management.
